Steve and Alice Baugh
Steve and Alice Baugh have dedicated their lives to family, faith, and service. Married for decades and parents of six children raised in Southern Utah, they instilled the values of hard work, compassion, and helping others. Their lifelong commitment to serving their community has touched countless lives.
Over the years, Steve and Alice have volunteered with organizations including Lions Clubs International and Bridge Utah. Since Bridge Utah's founding more than eight years ago, they have devoted countless hours to organizing food distribution, supporting families in need, coordinating volunteers, and serving behind the scenes. Their quiet leadership, generosity, and unwavering dedication have made them the heart of Bridge Utah and an enduring example of selfless service throughout the Southern Utah community.
Dr. Jonathan M. Baugh, D.O.
Dr. Jonathan M. Baugh is an Emergency Medicine physician, entrepreneur, and community leader based in Southern Utah. As Chief Medical Officer of PURE Healthcare, he has helped lead innovative healthcare initiatives, including founding Remote Health Solutions, a national telemedicine company, while also developing businesses and community projects throughout the Intermountain West. His career reflects a commitment to service, innovation, and strengthening local communities.
Dr. Baugh also serves on the board of Bridge Utah, where he supports efforts to reduce food insecurity through community partnerships, volunteer service, and food rescue programs. Whether through medicine, business, or nonprofit leadership, he is dedicated to creating lasting opportunities for others. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring youth, and exploring the outdoors.
Kevin McKenzie
Kevin McKenzie believes strong communities are built by neighbors caring for one another with compassion and without judgment. A Salt Lake City native, father of four, and experienced executive leader, he brings both strategic leadership and a deep commitment to service to his role on the Bridge Utah board. His guiding belief is that no one should face hunger alone.
While serving as a CEO and CFO in his professional career, Kevin finds his greatest fulfillment in supporting families and strengthening communities. He is dedicated to helping Bridge Utah remain a dignified, efficient resource for those in need. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, lifelong learning, and creating pottery in his home studio.
Alison Bozic
Alison Bozic is a retired banking professional whose career spanned nearly four decades. Beginning in 1987 with AmeriTrust Bank in Cleveland, Ohio, she went on to serve clients through leadership roles at Society Bank, KeyBank, Huntington Bank, and, most recently, Zions Bank, where she specialized in mortgage lending and private banking. Throughout her career, she earned a reputation for exceptional client service, trusted relationships, and professional excellence.
After retiring at the end of 2025, Alison has enjoyed spending time with her two children and grandchild in Denver, Colorado. She is passionate about giving back through volunteer service and enjoys mountain biking, exploring the outdoors, and staying active in her community.
David Vick
David Vick is a dedicated educator at Hurricane High School, where he teaches Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics. He also coaches the school's FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team, inspiring students through hands-on learning, innovation, and mentorship. His passion for education and commitment to student success are evident in everything he does.
Outside the classroom, David is a devoted father of six who values time with his family. When he has the opportunity, he enjoys fishing and exploring the mountains, finding renewal in the outdoors.
Terra
Terra serves as the Operations Manager for Bridge Utah, where she combines a lifelong passion for service with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and operations. Inspired by her parents' involvement in the Lions Club, she began volunteering at age 10 and has since held leadership roles in manufacturing, healthcare, and community organizations. She currently serves as President of the Hurricane Valley Lions Club and is also a sales ambassador for the Zion Forever Project, supporting education and conservation efforts for Zion National Park.
Known for her energy and dedication, Terra is always looking for ways to strengthen her community and support those in need. She is a devoted wife, mother of four children and four stepchildren, and has served as a surrogate for five babies. Today, one of her greatest joys is being "Mimi" to her granddaughter.
